We'll walk through a real project example together — not a test, but a collaborative discussion about how you'd approach the analysis. This usually takes about an hour and helps us understand your thinking process.

Team Meeting

Meet with a few team members you'd work with directly. This is a chance to ask questions about day-to-day work, current projects, and get a feel for whether this feels like the right fit for both sides.

Decision & Offer

We aim to make decisions within 48 hours of your final interview. If we move forward, we'll discuss start dates, compensation, and answer any remaining questions about joining the team.
